Cook Books!
They are Mediterranean, Wok, One pot, and Chinese.
So far I have cooked one recipe for the Mediterranean cookbook.
It was a greek salad. My friend Anna and I made it. We made the Greek salad, with Pita bread, and Hummus. It was Delicious! So... I haven't been cooking as much as normal. Nothing really sounds good honestly. Do you guys have any good recipes?

A wish!
So, tonight for dinner I made "Aunt Varmit's Chicken Tacos!" My mom got this recipe from my Aunt Varmit, who told the recipe to me! It was a successful dinner! Comment below if you want to know the recipe. I wonder how long it will take me to be a big blogger. Right now I don't think anyone is reading my blog... so I basically feel like I'm talking to myself haha! My Idol for blogging is Soup Addict! She is definitely a successful blogger! Well, I'm going to go edit a video now! Bye bye now!

Dinner on Wednesday... and dinner on Thursday
So, on Wednesday night I cooked spaghetti for dinner..... It was really good! Again, I got the recipe from Soup Addict! On top of the spaghetti there was chicken meatballs! I know, they don't sound the best.... but they are actually really good. I felt very proud of myself for handling the ground chicken with my bare hands.... that's something that my mom wouldn't do! So, on Thursday night my dad got home kind of late so.... I'm not exactly sure what it was that we had.... my dad said that he got it out of his head. It was kind of weird. It was cabbage and onions in balsamic vinegar, cooked red and yellow bell peppers and mushrooms, all rolled up into a tortilla. Yeah, it definitely wasn't the best we have ever had! I decided that I am going to blog more often. I'm not sure if I will have time though with school and volley ball.... but I will try my hardest!

Hot Browns for Dinner

This was my idea for the picture. I thought it would be a cool contrast to put all the carrots together with the knife by the side! We used these carrots for our salad... not for The Hot Browns =).
This is the cheese sauce that was made to go on top of The Hot Browns. It has been accompanied by the spices that were put in there!
The shallot that was used... kind of a blurry picture but oh well!
Our beautiful tomato! Yummy yummy!
El Shallot!
Mmmm.. Shallot and butter! YUMMAY!
Half and half into the measuring cup. (Pretty cool picture if I do say so myself)
The flour doesn't really want it's picture taken, so it was kind of hiding... oops!
Uhm... I would inhale that big ol' pile of cheese in a half a second!
Separating the cheese sauce from the shallots!
Yummay Yummay! Cheese sauce and Sharp Cheddar cheese! What could get better then that?
Cutting the most beautimous tomato in the world!
Typical stack of tomatos!
Mmmmmm.... grating the yummy cheese!
Nice hand motion mixed with the wonderous cheddar cheese.. *sigh*!
Putting Parmesan cheese on top of the noncooked Hot Browns!
Turkey and Shrimp.. In my opinion the Turkey was better!
Drum Roll please.... BUN NAH NA HANAHNE! My masterpiece is finished! Now.. that definetly makes my mouth water! Mmmmm just look at that!
